if they do kept calling you try to sell you more things, tell them to put you on DO NOT CALL LIST. therefore, you are legally protected, they can't call you at all, if they continue to do so, you can sue them for disturbance.

also, you should not have paid them at all. your contract should be ended already, so why are you still paying them money ?

go file a compliant against them at the Better Business Bureau.
