我会按你的建议去做，感觉这种事没有多大油水，可能没有律师肯接，我最近诸事不顺，确实没有时间和精力再去折腾这事。担心的是被original dealer很宰一笔（他们做维护和修车本来就收费不菲，如果知道是第三方责任，估计收费更高），结果还得自己出这笔钱。

生活工作造成很大不便，心情更是郁闷之极，也不知该不该租车。
