美国的判决书在中国能否有效？

我朋友的老公多年不上班，法院判他的child support也没有给。现在他们准备离婚，请问：

1.他们在上海有一套公房，在ALABAMA有一没有供完的房(Since 2005, she has been paying mortgage all by herself)，朋友想要两处房，因为她一直在单独抚养一个未成年的儿子。如果法官判给她，能否在中国执行？如何？

2.他们以前在ALABAMA各自名下买了几千块的退休基费，可否叫法官把老公的那份判给她？
