Some repeated advice

- Get a reputable criminal lawyer -- he can file motion to ask for dropping the case on court hearing day . If he is very good, this kind of case should be dismissed on hearing date. DA may not even bother or interested in this kind of case -- it is caused by your hu*****and's mistake.

- Never do any plea bargin -- your hu*****and will carry the guilty verdict in lifetime here in us. The worst case is go to trial after hearing. I think jury will find this case "beyond resonable doubt".
