被人撞了车, 要不到赔偿怎么办?

各位大侠, 去年底, 我劳工的车被鬼老撞了. 对方承认是他的错也到他保险公司claim了. 他的保险公司也来估了价, 大概$2000 澳币, 我们在Sydney. 但前几天收到他保险公司(budget)的信, Their customer has not fullfilled his policy obligations. They can not present their customer any more. The file will be closed. And we have to contact their customer by ourselves. 我们只好自己联系他. 但无论打电话还是发信. 对方都不反映. 我门该怎么半呢? 请大家给出出主意. 万分感谢先.
