This is just a mistake...explain it well to the prosecutor and the judge..I couldn't understand why the attorney did not get the prosecutor to drop the charges...

anyway, the thing that you need to worry about now is that if you plead 轻罪 (don't really know what you mean), it might affect your petition for green card later on...you really need to check with your attorney on that..if it's in the category of felony or certain degree of misdemeanor, your hu*****and might have no chance in getting a green card..
