麻烦请学法律的大侠帮帮忙, 怎么用legal research找类似的past cases

这个case是这样的.
有一个人死了, 再他的葬礼上, 他的2个朋友是抬棺材的人. Diddly & LazBoy. LazBoy 跟Diddly 说向右转, 然后Diddly就不小心的掉在大坑里, 腿摔短了,有面目的疤痕, 还做噩梦. 所以说Diddly 要sue lazboy, 和办葬礼的LilOl superstore.由于下了几天的雨, 地很滑,土也很松,所以Diddly就掉进去了.Superstore,有Duty of care的责任.

我扮演的是LazBoy的律师,他只不过给了一个verbal order. 然后有contributory negligence吗?

Scenario K (3 lawyers required)

Sadly, hip hop legend, 27 Cents, passed away. His funeral was held on August 1st . The pall bearer on the front right side of the casket was his best friend and DJ, P. Diddly. As they were taking 27 Cents to his gravesite, Diddly heard the lead pallbearer, Laz Boy (“Lazy Boy”), say from his position on the front left of the casket, “turn right, Diddly.” Diddly turned right and stepped only inches from the six foot deep hole. It had been raining all day so the ground was soggy and loose. The ground gave way and P. Diddly slid into the hole with the casket toppling over him. As a result he sustained a broken leg and facial scars. Moreover, from that day forward, he had horrible nightmares. P. Diddly has sued Laz Boy and L’il Ol’ Funeral Superstore.

This project requires lawyers for the three parties. You can add facts and create props if you like. Think about who is suing who, for what cause or reason and what relief are you after.
