超速罚单

昨天在I95上Maryland州境内，限速65，我的速度83。被罚160 美元，警察等在一个下坡的谷底处，在给我开罚单的几分钟内，又有3辆车被抓。
请给出出主意，交钱还是出庭，我在费城，要到Maryland州的法庭吗？
出庭能得到什么？非常感谢！
