前妻带小孩回中国探亲, 怎样保证小孩按时回来美国呢?

现在是我付责CHILD SUPPORT + SPOUCIAL SUPPORT, & share custody.

我听说因为中国不是HAGUE CONVENTION 的成员国,要把小孩从中国拿回来会很麻烦.

有没人有类似的经历? 我只想小孩按时回美国.
