请教:美国出生的孩子的birth certificate 上妈妈的名字

不是我的OFFCIAL name, 是我的英文名字. 要改需要court order, 大家了解这方面的程序吗? 不改可能会有挺大麻烦,要带孩子回国, 回来的时候移民局可能会把孩子扣住,认为我不是孩子的母亲. 谁知道怎么更正我这个愚蠢的错误? 谢谢!
