骗子就是骗子，不要把他们想象得太好。
今天去他们公司，那个女的说退款给我。然后拿出一个 Money Order, 但是只有我所付款项的一半. 她说，先退还第二年合同的款项，另外一半以后再退。并说这是他们公司退款的规定。
我当场拒绝，谁知道我如果签字拿了这为数一半的退款，他们下一步又玩什么花招？
我跟他们说，我在给他们的挂号信里面已经说得一清二楚，我要的是 "Full Refund of Registration Fee". 对于此 " Partial Refund "， 我绝对不接受。
Below is my letter to them on March 8:
" I hereby exercise my right to cancel the agreement under the 10-day cooling off provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 2002 and ask for the full refund of the registration fee of $843.76 in total. "
" I look forward to your written reply by March 16, 2007, otherwise you leave me no option but to take legal actions."
那个女的立即颜色大变，威胁我：“ 我们今天给你退款，是你拒绝不要的”，然后就纠缠一些其他事情。
我付钱的时候是一次付清，为什么他们退款要 2 次分开？绝对没有诚意，居心叵测。
我见他们没有诚意，就起身走人，不与他们啰嗦。
接下来我要与我的信用卡公司交涉，让他们拒付，我有所有信件的复印件和证据，法律规定信用卡公司有义务拒付，如果对方拒绝退款的话。
