车祸急问，请大家帮忙看看

在过桥收费站前Stop　and　go　mode（average　go　mode车速约２mile），我们的车要进入电子收费的LANE，进入前有约１个半车距的空位，车头进入该LANE后，前面的车停了，我们的车不能再动，后面的TRUCK没有停，我们拼命按喇叭，他还是以两迈左右的速度撞了上来。这种情况我们是不是百分百的责任呢？在加州湾区。
