经过我有理有据的交涉，那个 Modelling And Talent Services Agency 今天给我打电话，说同意退款。让我明天去他们公司去签字取消合同，和办理退款。
为了以防对方再玩什么花招，请问我该怎么办？
我给自己制定的原则是：
1. I will NO longer sign any documents. The agreement I signed on February 28, 2007, becomes void automatically at my request for cancellation under the 10-day cooling off provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 2002.
It is therefore NO need for me to sign any other documents. （“不要变成修改以前的合同, 因为我们认为那个合同无效 ”）。
2. I just want to get the FULL refund of the registration fee, $843.76 in total.
3. 只在信用卡退款收据上签字，其他的一概不签字. 我们认为: 合同已经无效,不需要任何其他签字.
4. 如果对方无诚意，立马走人，走为上计 ！！！
老猫大哥，请问有什么值得特别小心的吗？我担心别一不小心，又落入他们设计好的圈套。
