单身老猫，紧急

求助啊。我刚才（晚上10点半）下楼准备开车去实验室加班，却发现3个车胎被人划了口子。小车是停在我租住的公寓的停车场里。大门还是必须刷卡才能进出的。真是心疼又气呀。两个前轮胎我花了300多刀换了才2个月呀。象这样的情况我该怎么办啊。可以找公寓赔偿嘛，如果不赔偿，我可以要求中断合同，搬出这个小区吗？还有我可以打911报警吗？
