My wife was hit by a car, what should I do?

Hi, my wife was hit by a car when she rode a bicycle crossing a stree. She fell down. The driver of the car asked she if she was injuried, and my wife told the driver she was OK. And, a witness gave his card to my wife and the driver. My wife just came to US less several months, so she didn't call the police and record the information of the driver.
What's should I do now? We are in Texas.
