很生气,PLS HELP, never sell a car to a friend

我买了新车, 一个当时关系很好的女同事主动说要买我的旧车, 所以就一BLUE的半价卖给了她 ( $ 800)，　因为关系很好，就没有让她写ＢＵＹas it is的字拒，车的状况也很好．
谁知道，两星期后，车不能启动了，已经过了两个多月了，她说修车费用将近　500. and she only drove it for 2 weeks .所以要卖还给我．

现在我拒绝可以吗，如果上ＣＯＵＲＴ，赢的机会大吗？我准备再给她$ 100, but that 's it. I have never told her about warranty.
