It looks like the IRs found a right target for audit. You "fishy" "business" trips to China is indeed fishy. A lot of the people (Chinese) are using the scheme you have been using to save (or cheat) on income taxes. A good lesson for everyone.

You need to be honest with the IRS. If you don't, they can make your life pretty miserable.
