老猫及各为朋友帮忙：要延study permit，被charge过，怎没办？痛悟！

我的一位朋友2年前被charge了theft，但charge又被court withdrawn了。现在他要申请study permit延期，要填这些信息，移民局当然也有这些信息。这种情况能被批准延期吗？早已痛悟，但做过的事要一辈子让你铭记！
