I come to us in sept, 2001 and I am still in J-1 now.
for 2003 I know I should fill 1040 plus 8833 from your information( thanks), my question is I have $60 interest
from my bank saving account, do i need to pay tax for
this interest although all my wages has been waived by treaty? and how much i should pay?
in 1040 line 7, should i fill this $60 ?
or where i should fill this 60 interest income?
