被老婆到法院告了，收到restraining order,最严重会有什么后果

现在不能见老婆，不能回家，只能在警察陪同下用20分钟取东西，要过2周才hearing到时最严重会有什么结果？具体会有什么程序？这两周内我能在美国境内旅行或回国吗？现在我应该采取什么措施？我在OR，这里有义务法律咨询吗？谢谢
