临时绿卡转正式绿卡中的严重问题，是做受虐申请还是做真实

临绿2年内离婚，自己申请转永久，但不知道如何处理以下问题。
1）婚姻真实，有非常多证据，共同帐户，保险，照片，亲戚朋友之间往来书信，电话，保险受益人，亲友书信甚至遗嘱等等自认为是对证明婚姻真实性的文件。
2）有过一次报警记录，他推我在地，我头撞地 ，我没去医院（不知道不要钱）。他就在监狱呆一晚出来，后我受到法院信说没告他。
3）我要求离婚就回国去了，叫他去办，结果他找律师，离婚我始终没出现，判离婚和婚姻无效，我很生气。而且离婚文件有很多细节，其中有说我们没有性生活。
我的问题是我应该以虐待申请绿卡还是婚姻真实申请绿卡。

现在我前夫非常配合我的申请（他真的很爱我），我让他帮我弄警察的报警记录这对我有用不？我还需要做些什么？

还有我请不起律师，我只能自己准备申请材料。另我有个孩子。
