紧急求助：speeding ticket in CA

一个月前拿了一个SPEEDING TICKET， 前两天收到信要求副$288 for traffice school.

我真倒霉，2个月前刚失业，我当时心情忧郁需要看心理医生，因为心理医生charge $150/小时，如果错过也要自己付。我害怕迟到，加上头天晚上失眠，糊里糊涂开车上路，结果被警察抓到说我超速，也给我看了雷达测速表47(30 limit)，当时我只知道跟着前面的车开，根本没注意限速。

现在没有收入，怎么办？如果上庭，法官会减免一些吗？恳请过来人给些建议。谢谢。
