Wife beat hu*****and and torn hu*****and's T-shirt. Hu*****and called 911 and could not undo it. So wife was arrested and was released by paying $2000 bond. Hu*****and regrets doing that to his wife and he is helping her to dismiss the case. Hu*****and is applying for GC based on employment and he is also applying GC for his wife. Will the case impact hu*****and's GC application? Will this also impact the GC application for his wife? What outcomes will be if the case can or cannot be dismissed. Your answer will be very appreciated.
