1040 填表，请问税务专家stp

H1第三年免税，填1040+8833，查了以前的贴，您说1040 Line 7 填0，请指教：仍要在line7虚线上体现收入吗？银行利息免税吗? 仍要填standard deduction, education credit, child tax credit 等项吗？8833 表为什仫没说可附在1040 上呢？Thanks in advance.
