基本上dell可以对您与您的朋友提出诉讼要求赔偿公司营运上的损失，您不要认为不可能，如果dell的律师团决定拿您的朋友与您开刀，您的麻烦不会小。(因为您在这个案件中也算是共犯了)

老实说如果您真正是他的好友，您应该劝对方不要做这这种投机倒把的花样，正当做人，而不是跟著他一起玩这种花样
