child support $0 possible?

My ex got laid off. He had atorney draft a agreement to adjust child support to $0? is it possible? When he made a lot money, he owed a lot child support since he said his tax was high. He owed child support more than half year now. Now he asked $0 once he had no job. I don't have attorney. he didn't mention the money he owed at all.

Is it fair? Should I sign it? $0 is pos*****le once he lost job? Should I ask the owed money mentioned on the document? They wrote down I was the petioner, I didn't know it at all! I feet so scared!
