I just asked the daycare center to give me a summary statement saying that how much I paid last year in total, unless you plan to make the copies of all your payment receipts to file. The daycare center is very willing to do so since lots of parents asked for that. Remember that you also need to get tax ID of the daycare center at the same time. You need the ID to fill out the form 2441.
