First of all I do not think the guy who drives Porsche has any fault in this case at all and I already called his family and told them I do care about his injury. What I hope now is his insurance company could pick up the $13,000 since he has full coverage. Of course if that increases his premium that would not be fair to him also. But what can I do? I am just in pain. I learned the lesson and will definitely get the full coverage insurance next period no matter how costy it is.
