Living Trust

上周在公司和同事聊天，他们说起set up a trust，万一死了，亲人可以省很多税。

一想也对，像我这样的单身母亲，如果没有trust，死了以后儿子付完税一半的钱也拿不到。

看到网上有$29.99的living trust package，打算三月份买来试试。昨天问了个律师，他说这样可以，不必请律师set up trust.

等三月做完了来汇报，现在太忙，没时间。

有懂的朋友能不能也介绍一下，俺们老中这方面懂的太少。
