can get into non-profit or in-house positions. Even for junior level positions, these organizations ask for some experience at law firms. As a fresh graduate (JD or LLM), you really have no idea on how to practice law. You can try organizations like Ford Fundation. They may hire a very small number of JD graduates straight out of law school.
