如果甲和乙租车结伴出游，甲在租约上签的字。车子在中途由於甲方的明显操作有误，导致汽车损坏，车主要求赔偿。但甲方以信用额不够为由，让乙方以信用卡代付。问题是：回来后，甲方拒绝付钱给乙方，以致追债公司每天打电话给乙方。请问：从法律上讲，谁应该负责偿还这笔钱？
