中国医院出具的证明应该是《出生医学证明》

医院出具《出生医学证明》和婴儿父母有误结婚证OR有无准生证没有关系的。中国从来就没有任何法律否定非婚生子女的公民权。
In this case《出生医学证明》can be served as "an official record of the child’s foreign birth"
