Do you know anyone's green card being affected by receiving the unemployment insurance benefits from EDD?
I know many persons got the benefits from EDD while losing a job if they have EAD card issued for green card.
From my understanding, unemployment insurance benefits should be one kind of insurance, not a public welfare.
