I called the billing office and they told me the same thing as you said here. By the way, I called the insurance company again and they told me that if it is only one time bill, they will consider to pay for it. So it is not as bad as 南洋暴雪 thought. If he thinks 大陆过来的中国人 has problem, he(she) should act well himself to change people's view. Not by reminding other people.
