我的心理咨询师想和我喝咖啡，是非法吗？

我每２周见我的心理咨询师。他表达了对我的好感，
可朋友说这是非法的，因为他的职业可以直接影响
被他咨询的人，因为法律是保护弱者一方，如老师和
学生，导演和演员，牧师和信徒。
