大侠单身老猫在吗？急问。。。

昨晚我发了个贴子，我在NY：

“11月24号，我在EBAY上买了个二手的IRISPen，在描述里，卖家说是包装盒曾被打开过，所以BID价很便易，200多美元的IRISPEN只花 47美元。因为卖家没有注册PAYPAL，所以我用的是MONEY ORDER方式付的款。

12月2号我收到了EBAY发来的ALERT，说此卖家因为假冒别的公司名义被EBAY清除了注册名。我就隐越感到事情有点麻烦了。

12月3号我收到了邮件，情况令我大吃一惊，邮件是从WALMART.COM发来的，而且是包装盒全新，没有被拆封过。上面明写着order by 我的名子，但地址不是我的。价格付款写的是228美元。我实在不清楚卖家是怎么付的款，但已感到事情大为不妙，明显的卖家是个贼，至于怎样付的款我是不清楚的。这件事迟早会查到我头上的，可现在我该怎么做呢？
”

因为这个卖家是用我的名子付的款（地址不是我的），我猜这个贼一定用我的名子造了个信用卡，这下我可就有大麻烦了。

咋办啊？
