请问怎样把钱从美国转到国内去？

国内家里人缺钱，要8万美金。我去自己的银行问，电汇是没有问题的。但是据朋友说每次取出1万美金以上，就会在IRS有记录。会被怀疑逃税。所以要小额一点点地用现金转。请问是这样的吗？我应该怎样做？
