a question about perchasing a hous ein US and my husband's statu

I am a green card holder but my hu*****and has lost his b2 status for years, I want to buy a house right now but I am not sure if there will be some trouble about my hu*****and's staus, can I have his name on the house's title too? I will take the loan by my self.
And we are in ARIZONA , any friend has some idea about my case? thanks a lot.
