Sorry about my English, But I can't input Chinese now. My question is if someone has ted (ti jiao)the I-140 forms,during the procedure, can the spouse change her/his status(visa type, such as F-2 to F-1)? If you can understand my question and know the answer, please tell me ! Thank you !!
