need advice on divorce issue:
1. married for 11 years, two children.
2. own a apartment.
3. hu*****and doesn't want to fight for kids.
4. kids will stay with wife.
5. hu*****and doesn't want to give up the apartment.ask wife to leave.
6. but wife went to jail for one night 8 years ago. because did massage without license, but the case dismissed at that time, is this effect any divorce issue? wife has a professional job for 8 years.
7. wife filed for divorce,is that make difference on settlement.
