请问单身老帽

我lg是个大大咧咧的人, 2年半前, 有一次他拉肚子, 宝宝在车上有睡了, 他就冲到restroom了,结果给逮了, 被判了18个月缓行, 学习班一个, 80小时社区劳动, 1000刀罚金. 案底留3年.

现在我LG想跳到state 去, 请问怎么回答"Have you ever been convicted of a felony crime?" 他的这个记录到底有多大的影响呢?
