I have a little experience. I was suited by somebody and I am too stupid to sign that court paper to acknowledge the suit.

OK, back to your problem, I think it is a small issue, google the answer. I also believe that a court document can be sent to her working place or delivered to her family member. Check the law, again, google it. it is not that difficult.
