admiring your courage. Hope you have someone else at manager/executive level to back you up.
For my personal case, I raised this issue once in-directly to everyone. But they ignored it. So I know it is time for me move on. I will keep quiet and look for other jobs. As a chief engineer, I know it will hurt their business. On the other hand, a well established company will not depend on any single person either. Life just keeps moving on.
