请教坛子里的高手:数年前曾签约租借APARTMENT,租约未满

急事回国,口头告知,当时他们说这样不行,但机票已定便走了,月半走的,签约时的DEPOSIT便做了最后半月的房租.现在收到SMALL CLAIMS COURT文件,让我付最后2月租金和利息1600,我该怎么办?都过了4,5年了,也不晓得怎么找到我的,我孩子还没满1岁,家里开销都紧巴巴的,请大家帮忙想想办法吧.谢谢了.
