男的离婚后不付责任怎么办?

我在加拿大, 和男的离婚是只拿了我自己的500员,他的帐户也从来不让我看. 以后我就靠学生贷款和社会福利金生活分手是他说没钱,我信了他;

后来他和一个开饭店的女的好了,说饭店不挣钱,我还信了;

昨天才听说他早以买房子了,咽不下这口气:

*我可以告他吗? 追缴他的抚养费

*我现在开始做政府的工作,才是试用期的,这会影响工作吗?

*单身女人在外面被人欺负,有谁可以帮帮我?(上海人真他吗的确得)

他知道我生活困难,连一分钱都没给,幸好我现在找到正式工作了,气死了!!!
