I mean, job wise. If you have a good job and good credit history, I assume you get (as I get) credit card offers all the time --- everyday. Just pick one and call the 800 number back to apply and transfer a balance. They will take the payment address and account number (get ready before you call) on the phone and it normally takes 4 weeks for the payment to go through. It can take as little as 2 weeks for a balance transfer to complete.
