我该怎么办

美近十个月，在这十个月里，连我自已有时候都觉得这样活著是不是太没意义。本人是F2，活得真的。。。，每天时刻活在骂和打中，不知道何时是个尽头。这是我第一次发贴，真的不知道怎么办？
