Thank you for your reply. You are right. Diarrhea and diaper rash are common side effects of antibiotics. But the symptom was so bad that we became suspicious about the preion. We called the hotline to double check the dosage and found out the mistake. We also got the copy of the preion from the pharmaceutical and confirmed with the ER doctor that it is a MISTAKE. The dosage is aggressive even to an adult. The calculation of preion based on my baby's weight is 4 times of the maximum usage. The mistake is confirmed.
