如何处理论文发表问题?

我希望大家讨论一下在美国留学期间发表论文的问题. 这是个很多人遇到的问题,美国牛校也不例外.

大家到美国留学, 为了自己的发展, 辛苦工作, 肯定有不少结果可以发表. 但有时候, 导师"所谓老板" 就是压着不发. 结果是到头来, 学生的结果由导师发表, 甚至没有学生的名字在上面, 更甚的是,有时老板还到处散布学生这也不好, 那也不好的言论.


此次讨论的目的是希望在留美学生和导师之间构建一个明晰的成果共享模式, 不要让后来的炎黄子孙再遭受如此不公平的遭遇了.


如果你有类似遭遇或感想,什么建议请跟贴!!

另外, 如果学生未经老板允许自己发表结果(当然会把此老板放第二位), 从法律角度会有什么结果? 如果那位网友明白法律问题, 请发表意见.
