You have to get a lawyer, because lawyer can help you to get the best you wish to. There are many free social and legal services.

The easy way to find those is: go to local church find some Chinese and talk to them to get help!!

Don't worry about green card. You wouldn't loss it, even this is the reason for marriage.

You are not a slave, you are human being.

What ever the reasons to come to USA, it is not really their problem. That is the politics and other problems. But if some one needs help, please give a hand.
